DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING


PROMOTERS 

We do not charge by the month to list your shows, we list shows on a show-to-show basis. 

  • Rotating show banner Spaces which appear at the top of the home and state pages, before all other listings are not a show-to-show basis. These spaces are strictly monthly, semi-annually, or annually – see details under the SPECIALTY BANNER SPACES header.

FREE LISTINGS:


  • Please be sure to submit your FREE listings AS DESCRIBED below
  • Please be sure your information and dates are correct prior to submitting your lists.
  • Please be sure to send complete show listing when updating and making changes to your free listings to ensure timely updates on this site.
  • It is the promoter’s duty to keep us informed of all changes and cancellations.

We do not accept flyers, photos, and website page links for Free or Highlighted listing submissions.

Doing such may result in a denial of adding your events to this website.

Free listings are generic publications. They need only to include the basic show information. Sales & Promotion Hypes will not be included with free listings.

If you have multiple events at one venue during the year, please type the first listing once and include the other dates below it.

Please submit all of your events in one email. Multiple emails slow down the process and can result in event listings not being added in time for the shows.

Links added to free listings such as Social Media links, Google map links, and phone links are not included with this free offer.

Sales & Promotion Hypes are not allowed in free and highlighted listings. Sales & Promotion Hypes include but are not limited to:

Anything referring to food and beverage, raffles, door prizes, give away, or other forms of sales incentives.
For those interested in adding such things to their listings, please consider banner advertising instead.

Please keep free and highlighted listings generic.

Following the directions as requested ensures that free listings will be added to the site and in a timely manner.

  • Failure to follow the directions will result in a delay of adding your shows, it could even result in the event listings not being added in time for the shows.

**HIGHLIGHTED LISTINGS:


For those wishing to have their “Free” listings more noticeable, we offer highlighted listings for $15 per listing.

Highlighted listings are not images; if you want highlighted listings, simply submit your show information and we will do the rest.

Links added to highlighted listings such as Social Media links, google map links, and phone links are not included with highlight offer.

Those who purchase highlighted listings for all of their show listings will receive a complimentary side listing on their state page as well, includes links (must have more than 6 shows per year and all must be highlighted).

We do not generate coupons for Free and highlighted listings.

Highlighted listing specifications:

  • Highlighted Listings do not include images or logos.
  • Highlighted listings are in the same format of the free listings but with color and vertical bar separations.
  • Just as with Free listings; please keep highlighted listing information generic and do not include sales & promotion hypes.

BANNER LISTINGS:


All banner listings are on a “Per Show” basis and include all show information that the promoter wants (the more the information, the smaller the text will become to make room) and imagery (many prefer just to add their logo). Should you choose to make your own, please save them as either a jpeg, png, gif format – all other formats will be discarded. Please use exact dimensions as noted with each example below.


Details for making personalized banners need to be included in requests, if there are images to add, please include them.

  • Our submission form does not allow attachments
    • please use your email for attachments (include show listing, contact information, and links).
    • When typing in the venue’s address, please include the city, state, and zip, otherwise, the Google Maps Application will choose a random map that most often leads to an address in another state. Venue map links are only offered with paid advertising.
  • Images can be in jpeg, png, or gif format.
  • Logos are better with transparent backgrounds (these are png format).
  • Not all images are usable, if there are issues, you will be notified of the issues and what needs to be done to rectify them.

Banners can be linked to the promoter’s website, coupon pdf, show flyer pdf, social media page of their choice, or google map of the venue.  Only one link per banner.

GunShows-USA does not provide tracking links, promoters who wish to have their banners tracked must provide the appropriate tracking links.

The examples below are banners with show information typed above the banner ad, We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads.

Small banner – 500 pixels wide x 90 pixels high – $55.00 per show listing – All of the show listing information above the ad included, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font. Add a flyer for this event for an extra $5 making the total cost of the banner order $60.00 ($25.00 per adjacent state). We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads.

NEW SIZE – Medium banner – 700 pixels wide x 135 pixels high – $80 per show listing – All of the show listing information above the ad included, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font. Add a flyer for this event for an extra $5 making the total cost of the banner order $85.00 ($40.00 per adjacent state). We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads

Large banner – 900 pixels wide by 180 pixels high – $110.00 per show listing – All of the show listing information included above the ad, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font. Add a flyer for this event for an extra $5 making the total cost of the banner order $115.00 ($55.00 per adjacent state). We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads.

Banner Extraordinaire – 500 pixels wide by 320 pixels high – $150.00 per show listing – All show listing information included above the ad, free of charge, in the super-size font. Add a flyer for this event for an extra $5 making the total cost of the banner order $155.00 ($75 per adjacent state). We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads.

We do not charge to make the banners, we charge for banner placement. 

We do not charge by the month for show listings.

Those who purchase banners for all of their show listings will receive a complimentary side listing on their state page as well, includes links.

If you have a logo you would like to submit, please email it to us so we can add it to your banners/promoter page – FREE OF CHARGE

  • Don’t have a logo? Raschelle is a professional Graphic Designer and will happily design one for you. The cost is a one time fee of $50. Your logo will be professional and usable in other ways for advertising should you choose to. Just make sure you have it copyrighted.

GunShows-USA does not work with third-party marketing teams. No exceptions.

  • Promoters, we fully respect that you are busy; however, we require direct contact from those who are responsible for paying for advertising on our site.
  • Because of the time delay, it causes from going through multiple channels to get one thing accomplished, your listing may not get published. Please, take the time to contact us directly. Avoid delays and miscommunications.

ADJACENT STATE PAGE LISTINGS


We offer the promoter the opportunity to add his or her show banners to adjacent state pages.

The cost is per adjacent state and depends on the size of the banner. Each cost is noted with the banner examples above.

This offer is for banner listings only and does not include the Rotating Banner designed for the top of the state pages rotating banner space.


SPECIALTY BANNER SPACES


STATE PAGE LEADERBOARD SPACE (Formerly known as Rotating Banner Ad Space) 1200 pixels long by 175 pixels high

Announce all of your shows on your state page with this banner space, or promoters can advertise their business information (limited to gun/knife and related show promoters only). 

There are no limits to how many shows you advertise in this space, per banner, or per event.


STATE PAGE LEADERBOARD SPACE:

This space is just above the show listings – $100.00 per month, 1200 pixels wide by 175 pixels high – limited space to one client – Banners do not rotate with other clients’ banners.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • This size Rotating Show Banner ad space is available on state pages only.
  • We offer it on a monthly basis, semi-annual agreement, or a full year commitment.
  • Semi-annual & annual agreements are on a contract basis, thus, first-month payment is the minimum requirement to get started (Monthly payments must be made on time or the contract will be in danger of being considered void, no refunds will be given, and the space will be made available) – pay either 6-month or 1 year agreement in-full and receive a discount, see SPECIAL DISCOUNTS below.
  • Monthly basis, first two months payment is the required minimum to get started.
  • Prorating not offered or allowed for less than 3 months of commitment to this space.
  • An annual agreement includes a complimentary side listing and, if needed, a complimentary Individualized Promoter page with basic promoter information, site and email links, logo, and show listings.
  • This promotion does not include the usual free listing above the banner.
  • Those already locked into an annual agreement will not be affected by any price changes until the agreement has come full term.

HOME PAGE LEADERBOARD SPACE:

$150.00 month – 900 pixels wide by 180 pixels high (large banner size) – limited space to one client – Banners do not rotate with other clients’ banners – Must be event banners.

Monthly basis requires a 2-month minimum paid in advance.

DISCOUNTS:


Event banners -purchase 10 or more banners per year and receive a 10% discount.

State page leaderboard banner space – pay for 5 months in advance (in full) and receive the 6th month for free (6 months for the price of 5) – or – pay for 10 months in advance (in full) and receive the 11th & 12th month for free (12 months for the price of 10)

Adjacent state banners are not allowed for event listings in the state page leaderboard space – This option is subject to changes

Home page leaderboard event banner space – pay for 5 months in advance (in full) and receive the 6th month free (6 months for the price of 5) – pay for 10 months in advance (in full) and receive the 11th & 12 months free (12 months for the price of 10). Prorating is not offered on commitments for less than 6 months.

COUPON INFORMATION

Banners with coupon links, we can make your coupon and link it to your banners or link your banners to your coupon page on your site, it is up to you.

We do not generate coupons for Free or Highlighted listings.


ANIMATION OR STATIC?

Animations are entertaining and that is what multitudes of viewers like to see.  A static advertisement can get the message across just as easily as an animated advertisement, but animations are just plain fun to watch.  Whether you choose a static ad or an animated ad is totally up to you, but remember, it is the viewer who you are trying to reach.

With attractive and/or entertaining advertisements promoters generally get a better viewer statistic.  Animation does take time (and effort) to design and set in motion, but the cost is worth it if that animation generates more viewers and brings more people to your shows.

*Animation is $50 per advertisement regardless of the size of the ad because, as mentioned before, they take time and effort to design, set in motion and keep in motion. Rotating show banners are considered animated, and will be designed using the basic banner sizes – Small, Large, and Extraordinaire.
The state page rotating banner is not considered a basic show banner.

BILLING & PAYMENTS


All billing will be via PayPal invoicing unless we have your card information on file.

  • Billing will be via PayPal invoicing until further notice so if you choose this promotion, please be sure to include a well-maintained email address to the person responsible for paying the bills. All billing is from Kurburski Web Development, LLC – the parent company of GunShows-USA.

All PayPal invoicing and credit/debit card payments are made to Kurburski Web Development, LLC, parent company of GunShows-USA, both are owned by Earl Kurburski.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the PayPal invoice billing.

You can opt to pay with a check, money order, or cashier’s check; however, this process slows down the making and/or uploading of your show banners, highlighted listings, business advertisements.

All banner purchases are included in this form of billing.

Payment for highlighted listings and banner listings is required in advance for small orders and new orders

Basic Banner advertising is on a per -show-listing basis, we do not charge by the month to list your shows, as other listing sites do, you are free to list your show as a free listing or a paid listing.
1200 x 175 pixel Rotating banners are not considered in this category as they are banner spaces at the top of state and home pages which are a monthly or annual cost, as are the business ad spaces in our header.

GunShows-USA does NOT recognize cryptocurrency of any form as real money or as an asset.


REFUNDS & CREDIT


Canceled listings are either marked as canceled or removed altogether. Postponements of shows, after they have been published, are considered cancellations.

  • We do not make it a policy to refund for paid-for listings after they have been made and published – see the third bullet for credit information.
  • We do make free changes to paid-for listings when the venue is moved within 50 miles of the original venue (for the same date).
  • Credits are possible and may be given on a circumstance basis.
    • Some criteria for credits on published paid-listing cancellations include
      • extreme weather that destroyed the venue after the venue had been booked and paid for
      • venue has been shut down due to hazards developing after the venue had been booked and paid for
      • venue has been revoked due to paranoid venue owners who have decided that guns convince their wielders to kill.   

Promoters, when canceling a show, please be specific should you believe your cancellation falls under one of the above-stated criteria.

If you are canceling your ad space or page to be effective at the end of the billing date paid for, please do so before the next billing statement is due.


GunShows-USA does not purchase or sell weapons, ammunition, or armor.

All charges, listing spaces, and regulations are subject to change at any given moment and without notice.

Monthly subscriptions should be paid in a timely manner.

Payment arrangements can be scheduled.
