“Outdoor Shows” are not considered gun & knife show-specific as they cater to hunting, fishing, and boating sports.

Events acceptable for listing on GunShows-USA are considered as the following:

Gun shows

Knife shows

Militaria shows

Antique weapons collectors’ shows

Preppers shows

Preppers shows are preparedness/survivalist shows and do include hunting and fishing vendors. 

While many gun show promoters do allow hunting and fishing vendors to set up at their events,
their shows are still gun and knife show specific.

We offer business advertising as well, but it must be directly related to the gun show industry, and it must be based and operated from inside the U.S.A.

DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING


PROMOTERS 

We do not charge by the month to list your shows, we list shows on a show-to-show basis. 

  • Rotating show banner Spaces which appear at the top of the home and state pages, before all other listings are not a show-to-show basis. These spaces are strictly monthly, semi-annually, or annually – see details under the LEADERBOARD SPACES header.

To have your event listed with us, you have the option of calling us or email us with your specifications, those who wish to order banners will be sent a PayPal invoice via the email or you can call us to place your order.

FREE LISTINGS:


  • Please be sure your information and dates are correct before submitting your lists.
  • Please be sure to send complete show listing when updating and making changes to your free listings to ensure timely updates on this site.
  • The promoter must keep us informed of all changes and cancellations.

All free listings will be published in a generic format; only the dates, state, city, venue location, table prices, set up dates and times, show days and times, admission prices, and contact information will be listed.

If you have multiple events that you would like to have listed, please submit them all in one email.

If you have multiple events at one venue during the year, please type the first listing once and include the other dates below it.

Links added to free or highlighted listings such as Social Media links, Google map links, Coupons, Flyers, and (linked) Phone numbers are not included with this offer.

Sales & Promotion Hypes are not allowed in free and highlighted listings. Sales & Promotion Hypes include but are not limited to:

Anything referring to food and beverage, raffles, door prizes, give away, or other forms of sales incentives.
For those interested in adding such things to their listings, please consider banner advertising instead.

Please keep free and highlighted listings generic.

We do not generate coupons for Free and highlighted listings.

Following the directions as requested ensures that free listings will be added to the site and on time.


**HIGHLIGHTED LISTINGS:


For those wishing to have their “Free” listings more noticeable, we offer highlighted listings for $15.00 per listing.

Highlighted listings are in free – generic – listing format with a highlighted background.

Highlighted listings are not images; if you want highlighted listings, simply submit your show information and we will do the rest.

Links added to highlighted listings such as Social Media links, google map links, and phone links are not included with the highlighted offer.

List all your events with a highlight and receive a complimentary side listing, restrictions apply – to qualify for complimentary side listing we require a minimum of 6 dates per year per listing submission/request.

We do not generate coupons for Free and highlighted listings.

Highlighted listing specifications:

  • Highlighted Listings do not include images or logos.
  • Highlighted listings are in the same format as the free listings but with a colored background.
  • Just as with Free listings; please keep highlighted listing information generic and do not include sales & promotion hypes.

BANNER LISTINGS:


All banner listings are on a “Per Show” basis and include all show information that the promoter wants (the more the information, the smaller the text will become to make room) and imagery (many prefer just to add their logo). Should you choose to make your own, please save them as either a jpeg, png, gif format – all other formats will be discarded. Please use exact dimensions as noted with each example below. If you are submitting your banners or other images, please be sure to compress your images first.


Details for making personalized banners need to be included in requests, if there are images to add, please include them.

Our submission form does not allow attachments it is strictly for free listings submissions only.

Please submit your purchasable requests via your email or call us at 870-706-7096 between 10 am & 5 pm CST Monday – Friday

  • Images can be in jpeg, png, or gif format.
  • Logos are better with transparent backgrounds.
  • If you are submitting your images, please be sure to compress them first (this includes videos).
  • Not all images are usable, if there are issues, you will be notified of the issues and what needs to be done to rectify them.

Banners can be linked to the promoter’s website, coupon pdf, show flyer pdf, social media page of their choice, or google map of the venue.  Only one link per banner.

GunShows-USA does not provide tracking links, promoters who wish to have their banners tracked must provide the appropriate tracking links.

The examples below are banners with show information typed above the banner ad, We do not highlight the show information that is with banner ads.

SMALL – 500 pixels wide x 90 pixels high – $55.00 per show listing – All of the show listing information above the ad included, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font.  ($25.00 additional per banner per adjacent state). 

MEDIUM – 700 pixels wide x 135 pixels high – $80 per show listing – All of the show listing information above the ad included, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font. ($40.00 additional per banner per adjacent state). 

LARGE – 900 pixels wide by 180 pixels high – $110.00 per show listing – All of the show listing information included above the ad, free of charge, in the paragraph-sized font. ($55.00additional per banner per adjacent state).

BOXY (formerly ‘Extraordinaire’) – 500 pixels wide by 320 pixels high – $150.00 per show listing – All show listing information included above the ad, free of charge, in the super-size font. ($75 additional per banner per adjacent state). 

We do not charge to make the banners, we charge for banner placement. The larger the image is, the larger the file is, the higher the cost is. All images must be compressed for site speed. 

We do not charge by the month for show listings.

Complimentary side listings are reserved for promoters who purchase 6 or more banner advertising or highlighted listings per year.

GunShows-USA does not work with third-party marketing teams. No exceptions.

  • Promoters, we fully respect that you are busy; however, we require direct contact from those who are responsible for paying for advertising on our site.
  • Because of the time delay caused by going through multiple channels to get one thing accomplished, your listing may not get published. Please, take the time to contact us directly. Avoid delays and miscommunications.

HOME PAGE BANNER SPACE:

Because this space is on the landing page (Home page) and above all other listings on that page, the advertisement is seen before any other listing.

$100.00 month – 900 pixels wide by 180 pixels high (large banner size) – limited space, there is only one space offered at this time – Banners do not rotate with other clients’ banners – Must be event banners.

A monthly basis requires a 2-month minimum paid in advance.

Banners exchanges for venue changes are free of charge only if the change of venue is within 50 miles of the original.

Otherwise, All sales are final.


COUPON INFORMATION

Banners with coupon links, we can make your coupon and link it to your banners or link your banners to your coupon page on your site, it is up to you. We can make coupons if you do not have them or a link to them (this is a free service).

We do not generate coupons for Free or Highlighted listings.


ANIMATION OR STATIC?

Animations are entertaining and that is what multitudes of viewers like to see.  A static advertisement can get the message across just as easily as an animated advertisement, but animations are just plain fun to watch.  Whether you choose a static ad or an animated ad is totally up to you, but remember, it is the viewer who you are trying to reach.

With attractive and/or entertaining advertisements promoters generally get a better viewer statistic.  Animation does take time (and effort) to design and set in motion, but the cost is worth it if that animation generates more viewers and brings more people to your shows.

*Animation is $50 per advertisement regardless of the size of the ad because, as mentioned before, they take time and effort to design, set in motion and keep in motion. Rotating show banners are considered animated, and will be designed using the basic banner sizes – Small, Large, and Extraordinaire.
The state page rotating banner is not considered a basic show banner.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

GunShows-USA does NOT recognize cryptocurrency of any form as real money or as an asset and will not allow the use of such for payments.


All billing will be via PayPal invoicing unless we have your card information on file or prearranged agreement.

  • Billing will be via PayPal invoicing until further notice so if you choose this promotion, please be sure to include a well-maintained email address to the person responsible for paying the bills. All billing is from Kurburski Web Development, LLC – the parent company of GunShows-USA.

All PayPal invoicing and credit/debit card payments are made to Kurburski Web Development, LLC, the parent company of GunShows-USA, both are owned by Earl Kurburski.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the PayPal invoice billing.

You can opt to pay with a check however, this option does have a time constraint and increases the chances of losing applied discounts and accumulating late fees.

Payment for highlighted listings and banner listings is required in advance for small orders and new orders


DISCOUNTS & LATE FEES POLICIES:

Discount and Late fees policies on this page only apply to banner and highlighted listings orders which are not paid for in advance.

Pay your invoice by the due date and reap the benefit of discounts and avoid late fees.

PAYING BY PAYPAL INVOICE SYSTEM:

New Discount policy: 
Invoices will automatically include a discount. However, if the invoice is not paid by the due date, the discounted amount will be added back to the invoice and the amount before discounts will be due. Invoice updates will apply to the original emailed invoice automatically, but an updated invoice will be emailed regardless.
New Late Fee policy 1.5%:
Late fees will begin to accumulate the day after the due date on the invoice and recur every 30 days after the due date on the invoice.
After 60 days, if the payment is not received all listings not yet paid for will be pulled and future listings will be denied until the past due amount and late fees are paid in full.
Payments via PayPal due dates are set at 15 days from the day the order was filled. If payment is not received before or by the due date, then late fee(s) will be applied to the invoice.

Invoices are made the day the order is filled. Additional orders added to the original invoice after the invoice was made will not extend the due date.

PAYING BY POSTAL SYSTEM:

New Discount policy: 
Invoices will automatically include a discount. However, if the invoice is not paid by the due date, the discounted amount will be added to the next invoice as an additional fee (reapplied discounted amount).
New Late Fee policy 1.5%: 
Late fees will begin to accumulate the day after the due date on the invoice and recur every 30 days after the due date on the invoice.
After 60 days, if the payment is not received all listings not yet paid for will be pulled and future listings will be denied until the past due amount and late fees are paid in full.

Payments via Postal Service due dates are set at 20 days from the day the order was filled. If payment is not received before or by the due date, then late fee(s) will be applied to the next invoice.

Invoices are made the day the order is filled. Additional orders added to the original invoice after the invoice was made will not extend the due date.


If the invoice is not paid within its time limit then the discounted amount will be added back into the bill and a late fee of 1.5% will be charged. A late fee of 1.5% will be added every 30 days from the date the invoice was made and future listings will be on hold after the first 30 days until the past due amount and late fees are paid. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, your listing will be removed and billing will continue until past due and current amounts, plus late fees, are paid in full. Listings that were already paid for are not in danger of being removed.


Monthly clients must pay one month in advance in addition to past due amounts and late fees.

Partial payments and payment arrangements do not qualify for discounted rates and are subject to late fees.


REFUNDS & CREDIT


Canceled listings are either marked as canceled or removed altogether. Postponements of shows, after they have been published, are considered cancellations.

Overpayments will automatically be applied to any late fees and/new orders.

  • We do not make it a policy to give refunds on paid-for listings after they have been made and published – see the third bullet for credit information.
  • We do make free changes to paid-for listings or credit a banner when the venue is moved within 50 miles of the original venue (for the same date). Special circumstances apply and credit may be given for other dates on a per-client basis.
  • Credits are possible and may be given on a circumstance basis.
    • Some criteria for credits on published paid-listing cancellations include
      • extreme weather that destroyed the venue after the venue had been booked and paid for
      • venue has been shut down due to hazards developing after the venue had been booked and paid for
      • venue has been revoked due to paranoid venue owners who have decided that guns convince their wielders to kill.   

Promoters, when canceling a show, please be specific should you believe your cancellation falls under one of the above-stated criteria.

If you are canceling your ad space you are required to contact us before the last day of your purchased time or you will be held responsible for additional monthly charges, including any accumulated late fees.


GunShows-USA does not purchase or sell weapons, ammunition, or armor.

All charges, listing spaces, and regulations are subject to change at any given moment and without notice.

Monthly subscriptions should be paid on time.

Payment arrangements can be scheduled but will void all discounts.

Outdoor events such as hunting, fishing, and boating are not considered gun show specific and do not qualify for listing on this website; however, if your outdoor event’s main focus is on gun and knives, your event may be listed on this website as a gun and/or knife show or as a prepper show.
